Did you know your headache may not be coming from your head necessarily?
What do we mean by this?
The way our body works is as a whole. If one area of your body is restricted or not functioning as it should be, this will impact other areas of your body.
If you have poor posture and are out of alignment, for example, one of your knees is twisted, this can cause stress and tension up to the neck and/or jaw, and this can lead to headaches.
One thing you can do is check your posture to see if you are sitting and standing as you should be.
